The upper level of a free standing or attached garage serving the primary dwelling.

Group home (nine (9) or more residents).

Library.

Live-work residence.

Multifamily dwelling in a cluster development.

Museums or historic site.

Nursing home.

Private club, lodge, or fraternal organization.

Public buildings, infrastructure, and other facilities.

Residential uses in accord with Table 11.1.

Schools, colleges and academic institutions.

21.

Temporary marketing offices for new residential development.

Waiver of minimum district size for cluster subdivisions.
