F. - Acceptable forms of surety guarantees.

Forms of surety guarantees shall be limited to the following:

1.

Cash escrows at an insured financial institution approved by the city.

2.

Letters of credit from an insured lending institution approved by the city.

3.

Cashier's or certified check.

4.

Other surety as may be approved by the zoning administrator upon review and recommendation by city attorney, including a contractor's performance bond.
