Definitions of words not specifically defined in this ordinance shall be as defined in the "Definitions" of Section II of the city's zoning ordinance or as otherwise defined in other adopted city regulations, plans and standards. In absence of a definition or conflict in related definitions, the definition shall be provided by the zoning administrator, who may refer to other professional and creditable sources for the purposes of obtaining such definition.
