The requirements of this ordinance are separate from, but supplementary to, all other
applicable requirements of the city Code as well as the zoning ordinance, the erosion
and sediment control ordinance, other city land use regulations, adopted city design
and construction standards, state and federal law, private agreements and covenants,
proffers and conditions of zoning, other applicable ordinances and regulations, and
specific standards which may be approved from time to time by the city engineer and
the zoning administrator.
